Build AI-ready systems that take the busy work off your plate
Over five guided weeks, you'll rebuild the systems that run your business and learn the strategies, principles and skills behind adopting AI intentionally, so you can keep improving them yourself. For non-technical founders and teams drowning in tools and still doing work their systems should handle.
- Format
- Five guided weeks of live sessions on Zoom, plus office hours
- For
- Entrepreneurs, founders, operators and teams with revenue or funding behind them
- Included resources
- Notion Business OS · Claude CoWork OS · Agentic Business Guide MCP
- Circle Community Membership
- Shared cohort accountability, discussion, and resources
The problem this cohort can help you solve
Adding AI was supposed to make this easier.
Right now
Context scattered across a dozen apps, a pile of docs and your own head
With the system
One connected workspace that your AI genuinely understands. Less searching, less repeated context and fewer tools to hold together.
Right now
Claude open, ChatGPT too, a couple of automations you set up once — and you still re-explain your business at the start of every chat
With the system
Agents and skills you build yourself, across Claude and Notion, working on your real business context.
Right now
The week fills with work your systems should be doing; you finish tired and no further forward
With the system
Turn the busy work into repeatable processes that people and agents can run.
Right now
Every decision that matters routes through you
With the system
A method you can apply to the next part of the business, without having to hold the whole thing together yourself.
Who it is for
This is for you if
- You're a non-technical founder, business owner, or operator looking to remove busy work and improve your systems
- You understand that AI tools are only as good as the systems and processes you learn to use them with
- You either have a team, contractors or a VA, or you work solo but want to adopt some AI systems and agents to support you
- You have real revenue or funding behind you, and investing in your systems is a decision rather than a gamble
- You're ready to engage in the community discussion, attend some live sessions, and make space for building and implementing ideas for your business with our help
This may not be for you if
- You are not ready to put real time and money into setting up the foundations your business runs on
- You want a template you can buy and read later. The Agentic Business OS on its own is the better fit, and this waiting list covers its release too
- You cannot commit to the five weeks at all, live or on catch-up
- You would rather just have someone build your entire system for you
- You want to automate content posting. That is not what this is (although we can point you in the right direction).
I would rather run each cohort with twenty of the right people than fifty of the wrong ones.
The method
CASA: the four stages of an agentic business
How well organised your business is matters more than which tools you buy. CASA is the loop we follow across the five weeks: consolidate your context in one place, architect it so your AI understands the business, systematise the busy work, then activate agents on real work. Afterwards, you run the loop again on the next part of the business.
The programme
Live sessions across five weeks, plus office hours
Programmed live sessions with Simon run twice a week on Zoom covering strategy, training, practical implementation, and AI skills development. During the rest of the week, we support your implementation in your own business with regular office hours to help unblock you, and ongoing discussion and support from us and your peers in the Circle community pages.
Each week combines an initial training session, supported implementation of the principles in your business in the included templates, and then practical AI fluency workshops — from how to build skills or specialist knowledge bases, to how to organise your information and automate custom AI workflows.
The part that turns out to matter most is the one you cannot buy on your own: a tight cohort of like-minded people making the same change at the same time. The community and the accountability are what keep the building happening in the weeks between the sessions.
Office hours, twice a week
On top of the live workshop and training sessions, our team member Jakub Skupien, a Notion and systems expert, hosts office hours. Bring a problem, leave without it.

Proof
From people already using these systems
The Accelerator is new. The systems, guides and teaching behind it are already being used by founders.
I truly believe Simon is the best educator and communicator in this field and I can't wait to see where he takes the concept of an agentic business. He gave me the confidence to download his business OS template and to set up an AI agent. Within an hour I had a functioning system and a full operations manual.
Peter Hall
Founder / CEO, Lyttelton Distillery
Downloaded the template and set up his first AI agent.
BusinessOS has developed surprisingly quickly from a template into a serious piece of business infrastructure for me. It is producing not only greater order, but genuine new business clarity.

The Agentic Business Guide Library has proved to be the strongest part of the product — the platform-neutral CASA guides in particular have shaped decisions well beyond the template itself for what I am building within MAIN OS.

The CASA guides now inform decisions beyond the template.
Simon is my go-to when it comes to being an early adopter for tools like Claude and Notion — and for making the work-life intersection something exciting to improve on every day.

Who's teaching this
I'm Simon. I'm a tech creator, online educator and systems designer who came from a background in creative arts leadership. I never learned to code, and I've trained some of the country's leading workshop practitioners in how to break complex ideas down into accessible, practical learning.
Notion systems and AI helped me turn my side-hustle into a lean, profitable lifestyle business — run by a tight team of great people and personalised AI. It turns out those very creative, problem-solving and leadership skills are what unexpectedly give you an advantage when it comes to prompting and designing truly useful AI for your business.
I build these systems in public on Systems Made Better, my YouTube channel — walkthroughs, teardowns and build sessions. Or read my full story.
Questions
The things people ask before joining
I am not on Notion and/or Claude. Is that a problem?
No, but you will need to use Notion and Claude during the programme. The training and principles we'll share stay platform-agnostic, so you can apply the learning and the instructions wherever you work. During the cohort, Notion is the central hub for everything we build — I think it's the best way to learn this visually and apply it — so you'll need an account on a Business plan. If you decide afterwards that Notion or Claude aren't the right tools for you, we can guide you on how to take the key elements of what you've built and apply them elsewhere. If you qualify for Notion for Startups, you may be able to get Notion Business with Notion AI at no cost for six months. We'll help you work out the rest of your stack and how to connect it.
My team will not adopt a new system. What then?
Often, that is a sign the system was never clear enough for somebody else to use. Most of what we build in the first two weeks gets your business knowledge out of your head and into a form your team can work from without asking you first. Adoption still takes work, and I cannot do that part for you — but you will leave with something worth adopting rather than another tool to learn.
How long are the sessions really, and what if I can only make part of one?
Each session sits inside a three-hour window, but the material is delivered in about two. The last stretch is Q&A, and you are not expected to stay for it. If you can only make the first hour, that is fine. Come for what you can and pick the rest up on the recording; the point is that you stay in the rhythm of the cohort rather than dropping out of it. And if mornings or evenings look difficult for you across the whole five weeks, say so in the application or on a call rather than ruling yourself out. I would rather make it work for the right person than lose them to a calendar.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and the recordings are yours for life. Office hours run twice a week, hosted by Jakub Skupien, and they exist to catch you up — bring what you missed and leave without it. Most people miss one or two. It is a five-week programme, not an attendance test.
What if I cannot attend many of the live sessions at all?
It is workable, and it is worth a conversation rather than ruling yourself out. Every session is recorded and you can watch the replays in your own time. Office hours run twice a week, and you can submit questions in advance for us to answer in them, so you still get a reply on your own work even when you cannot be there live. The Circle spaces carry the discussion and the accountability between sessions, which is where a good deal of each week actually happens. The programme is not an attendance test. What we are here to do is make the process happen for you and get you to a meaningful outcome. If your diary is the thing standing in the way, book a call before you apply and we will work out honestly whether it fits.
How is this different from just buying the Agentic Business OS?
The Business OS is the template. It comes with your place as a complementary resource, along with my CoWork OS, the templated system that makes Claude genuinely useful against the files on your own computer. What you are paying for is the Accelerator itself, where you will learn the method behind the system so you can keep building afterwards. The five weeks of live teaching will help you fast-track to real implementation and new understanding of how to make these systems actually useful in your business. We will give you the personal support, training, new skills and tools to help unlock the deeper functionality we have built for you in Claude and Notion — and the most valuable bit? The community and accountability that comes with a tight cohort of like-minded people wanting to make similar change happen.
I run a service business, not a content business. Will the examples fit?
Yes, and not by accident. What we teach is the principles, and they hold the same for a product, a service or a knowledge business — this was built to serve service and knowledge businesses as much as any other. Jakub's background is consulting for service businesses and he has thought this through in detail. Every build task uses your own work, so what you leave with fits how your business actually runs.
What are the data and privacy implications?
You keep your own Notion workspace and your own Claude account; nothing you build lives with me. What you put into an AI tool is governed by that tool's terms, not mine, and we cover how to decide what belongs in a knowledge base and what does not. If you are in a regulated field, bring that to the application.
What happens after the five weeks?
The recordings and the Business OS template guides are yours for life, and your Circle membership carries on after the live weeks. Beyond that, you'll have the option to continue as a legacy community member, with access to the growing guide library, future events and the wider conversation as the tools develop.
When is the next cohort?
It is not scheduled yet. Join the waiting list below and you will be the first to hear the dates, the price and how to apply, along with the release of the Agentic Business OS and its onboarding sessions. If you want to talk about coaching or consultancy for your business before then, book a call.
What will I have at the end of the five weeks?
Reusable skills, specialist knowledge bases, agent infrastructure and custom-agent workflows. One flagship workflow running end to end. Your business context consolidated in one place. A foundation for thinking strategically about your systems, and a wider understanding of how to apply AI to your own workflows. Not a finished business — a working system and the ability to keep extending it.
