1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and us for the Agentic Business Accelerator. They cover your place on the programme, what you pay, what we deliver, and how either of us can bring it to an end.

You agree to these terms when you accept a place and pay. If you do not agree to them, do not accept the place — nothing is owed either way until payment is made.
Two other documents sit alongside this one and neither replaces it. The Terms of Use, Licence and Disclaimer govern Agentic Business OS, the Notion template included with your place. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal information. The community platform, Circle, has its own terms for the use of that platform; where they conflict with these terms on anything to do with the programme itself, these terms take precedence between you and us.
The Accelerator is intended for people running a business, and most members buy as a business. Where you buy as a consumer, nothing here removes or reduces the statutory rights you cannot lawfully be asked to give up, and the sections about cancellation say so explicitly.
2. What the Accelerator is
The Accelerator is a five-week guided programme and community for Cohort 1, capped at 25 places. Subject to section 8, a place includes:
- nine live sessions, mostly Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 4:30pm BST / 11:30am ET, of roughly two hours of material followed by optional Q&A;
- office hours on Wednesdays and Fridays, on top of the sessions;
- an async onboarding week before teaching begins;
- recordings of the live sessions, which stay yours;
- the Notion Business OS and Claude CoWork OS templates, which stay yours under the licence at /terms;
- access to the Agentic Business Guide MCP, running to the end of 2026; and
- three months of membership of the Circle community from the start of the programme.
The published dates and calendar for Cohort 1 are the ones on the Accelerator page. Those are the dates we are working to.
It is teaching, coaching and community. It is not a done-for-you service: we do not build your systems for you, and what you leave with depends on the work you put in.
3. Applying and being offered a place
Places are by application. Submitting an application costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is not a contract.
We read every application and decide by hand. We may decline an application, or offer a place, at our discretion — including where we think the programme is not right for you. We do not have to give a reason, though we usually will.
If we offer you a place, the offer is open for the period stated in the offer and we may withdraw it if the cohort fills first. A contract between us is formed when you accept the place and we take your first payment — not before.
Your place is personal to you. You may not transfer it, sell it or share your access with anyone else without our written agreement. If you want a colleague to join, talk to us — we would rather arrange a second place than have one shared.
4. Price and payment
- In full
- $3,997 USD, payable on acceptance.
- In two instalments
- $2,047 USD on acceptance and $2,000 USD on 13 October 2026 — $4,047 USD in total, which includes a $50 USD admin fee for paying in two instalments.
Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and charges, which are between you and them.
Where sales tax, VAT or an equivalent applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout and collected by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record for the sale.
Choosing instalments is a commitment to the whole fee, not to the first half. If the second payment fails we will tell you and give you a reasonable period to put it right; if it is still unpaid after that, we may suspend your access until it is settled. We will not do that in the middle of a session week without telling you first.
If we refund you under section 5 or section 6, we refund what you have actually paid us, by the same method you paid.
5. Your right to cancel
If you are buying as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel this contract within 14 days of accepting your place, without giving a reason. This section explains how that works alongside a programme that starts quickly.
Cohort 1 begins before 14 days have passed for most members. So when you accept your place we ask you to confirm two things: that you want us to start delivering straight away, and that you understand what that means for a refund. You have to tick that box yourself — we cannot assume it.
Once you have asked us to start straight away, the position is this:
- You keep the full 14 days. Asking us to start does not shorten the window.
- If you cancel inside the 14 days after we have begun, you pay for what you have actually received — a proportion of the fee reflecting how much of the programme has been delivered — and we refund the rest.
- If the programme has been delivered in full inside those 14 days, the right to cancel is spent. On a five-week programme that will not happen.
- In practice our own guarantees are more generous than this — see section 6. Where a guarantee gives you more than the statutory right, the guarantee is what you get. We will never use this section to give you back less than a guarantee promises.
To cancel, email notion@bettercreating.com and say so. A plain sentence is enough; there is no form. We will confirm it and refund you within 14 days of accepting the cancellation.
If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory right above does not apply to you — but our guarantees in section 6 do, and they are offered to every member on the same terms.
6. Our guarantees
We make two promises about refunds, over and above anything the law requires. They are the ones stated on the Accelerator page, and they are contractual — you can hold us to them.
- Come to Week 1
- If it is not what you expected, email within 48 hours of the Thursday session in Week 1 and we will refund you in full. No form, no conversation required.
- Turn up, do the work, and it has to be worth it
- Come to the sessions and complete the build tasks, and if by the end of the five weeks you genuinely have not got the value out of it, email within seven days of the final session and we will refund you in full.
The second guarantee asks something of you, and that is deliberate: it is for people who did the work and still did not get the value, not for people who did not turn up. We can offer it because the cohort is twenty-five people and we know who did the work.
Refunds under either guarantee are made in full, by the method you paid, within 14 days. Email notion@bettercreating.com.
If you take a refund, your place ends. Community access, guide access and the recordings stop, and the licences to the templates end with it.
7. What we will do
We will deliver the programme with reasonable care and skill, run the sessions as scheduled, and give you the access described in section 2.
Sessions are led by Simon Pittman. Where a session is led by somebody else, or a guest joins, that does not change what we owe you.
Recordings are normally available within a few days of each session. If a recording fails for a technical reason, we will tell you and, where we reasonably can, cover the material another way.
8. Changes and cancellation by us
Live teaching is a live thing. We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, the running order, the platform or the detail of what is covered, and we will tell you as far ahead as we can. Changes will not reduce the substance of what you have paid for.
If we have to move a session, we will offer an alternative time or a recording. If we have to cancel the cohort before it starts, or abandon it part way through, you get a full refund of what you have paid for the part not delivered, and we will say so promptly rather than letting it drift.
We are not liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control — serious illness, bereavement, a platform outage, or another event of that kind. Where that happens we will reschedule rather than simply cancel, and if we cannot, we will refund the part not delivered.
9. What we need from you
The programme works on what you bring to it. You are responsible for:
- attending the sessions, or catching up on the recordings, and doing the build tasks;
- having your own accounts and subscriptions for the tools we teach with — a Notion workspace and a Claude account at a minimum — and paying for them yourself;
- the security of your own workspace, data and credentials, and the decisions you make about what goes into an AI tool;
- reviewing anything AI-assisted before it reaches a customer, an employee, a supplier, a contract, a payment or a public communication; and
- the legal, regulatory, tax, employment, privacy and security duties that apply to your own business.
The cost of third-party tools is not included in the fee, and their prices, plans and features are theirs to change.
10. The community
Your Circle membership runs for three months from the start of the programme. After that you can continue as a legacy community member if you want to; we will tell you what that involves before it happens.
The community only works if it is safe to be candid in. So:
- treat other members and their businesses with respect;
- what another member shares about their business stays in the room — do not repost it, screenshot it or repeat it outside the cohort;
- no recording of live sessions, and no sharing of our recordings outside the cohort;
- no pitching, recruiting or selling to other members unless they have asked; and
- nothing unlawful, harassing or abusive.
We may remove a member for a serious or repeated breach of these rules. Where we do, we will explain why, and we will refund the part of the fee covering what has not been delivered unless the breach was deliberate and serious.
11. Intellectual property
The programme, its teaching material, recordings, templates, guides, agent instructions and assets are our intellectual property and stay ours. Your place gives you a licence to use them, not ownership of them.
That licence is for you and your own business. You may adapt what we give you and use it in your own work. You may not resell it, republish it, share it outside your business, present it as your own product, or use it to build a competing programme or template for sale.
Anything you build, write or put into your own workspace is yours, and stays yours. If we ever want to show your work as an example, we will ask you first.
12. AI-assisted output, and no professional advice
AI can produce output that is wrong, incomplete or misleading while sounding entirely confident. Treat every AI output as a draft until somebody with the right knowledge has checked it, and keep a person in control of anything that matters.
The programme, its guides and anything generated in it are for organisational and educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, HR, data-protection, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice, and nothing in them certifies that your setup is compliant, secure or right for your industry, your clients or your jurisdiction. Take advice from a suitably qualified professional when a decision turns on those things.
What we teach reflects our own experience and opinion. How you apply it, and what results from it, is your decision and your responsibility.
13. No promise of a particular result
We do not promise that the Accelerator will make you money, save you a particular amount of time, or produce any specific outcome for your business. Anything we say about what others have achieved is an example, not a forecast. What you get out of it depends on your business, your circumstances and the work you do.
What we do promise is in section 6, and it is a refund rather than a result — which is the only promise about value that anybody can honestly make.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights, including your right to services supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, savings, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises;
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions or content of other members, or for anything a third-party service does or stops doing; and
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the programme and these terms — in contract, tort including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you have paid us for your place.
Where you are a business, we are not liable for losses arising from your own use of what you learn, or from any system you build during or after the programme.
15. Your personal information
How we collect, use and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Better Creating Limited is the data controller. In short: we hold what we need to decide on your application, deliver the programme and keep our books; we do not sell it; and you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time, free of charge.
16. Ending your place
You can stop taking part at any time. Outside the cancellation right in section 5 and the guarantees in section 6, stopping does not entitle you to a refund — a place held is a place nobody else could take.
We may end your place if you seriously breach these terms, if you do not pay, or if your conduct makes the community worse for everybody else. section 10 says what happens to the fee in that case, and it applies here too.
When your place ends, your access to the sessions, the community and the guide service ends with it. The recordings and template licences you have already received are dealt with in section 11.
17. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual ones, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the country where you live and rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country. Nothing in this section takes that away.
18. General
These terms, together with your offer of a place and the documents referred to in section 1, are the whole agreement between us about the Accelerator. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights and obligations; you may not transfer yours without our consent. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
We may update these terms for future cohorts. The version that applies to you is the one published when you accepted your place, and it is this one unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.
Questions about any of this: notion@bettercreating.com. Ask before you accept rather than after.
