A beta place carries more than the general release ever will. The whole library, a direct line to us, and a hand in what the finished version becomes. Everything below is what that means in practice. We will not put all of it together at this price again.

Beta users get the Accelerator guide materials too
A template owner gets that template’s guides. You get the wider library as well: the CASA frameworks and the strategies we teach inside the Accelerator, otherwise kept for Accelerator members.
This is the guide material, not a place on the Accelerator itself — and it is yours until 31 December 2026. The Business OS and CoWork OS guides stay with you for good.

What being a beta user means
Your emails go to the front of the queue
We will prioritise getting back to you on email and answer your questions as quickly as we can. The group is small enough that we can actually help you and listen to your feedback.
In return, we want two weeks of your honesty
As soon as you have the Business OS we will email you a short list of the things we would most like you to try. Test it, break it, and tell us what you would change, improve or add. What you send back shapes the final version.
The finished version, at no extra cost
Buying now guarantees you ongoing access to the full release of the Business OS and its guides, and you will not be asked for anything more. When it lands you choose: join the Accelerator and build it out with us, or simply take the finished Business OS and get on with it.
First in line for the Accelerator, and all $397 USD off it
When applications open, beta users go to the front of the queue to apply, and 100% of this $397 USD is deducted from the price if you join. Nothing is decided now — you choose when the time comes.
One thing to sort out before you buy
This runs on Notion’s Business plan. The agent systems are built on Notion Agent and Custom Agents, which Notion only puts on Business. On Free or Plus you still get the workspace, but the part that makes it agentic will not run, so there is no point buying it yet. Business costs from $20 per person per month at the time of writing. Notion charges in your local currency, so check their pricing for yours.
